Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer for the Tendem project. The role focuses on marketing pages, landing experiences, and conversion-driven layouts, owned from concept to implementation. It is a part-time remote freelancing position.

You will translate briefs into on-brand, production-ready designs, with a strong portfolio of landing pages and marketing sites. Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, or Framer is essential, and English should be upper-intermediate or above.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of web design, UI design, or digital marketing design experience.
• Portfolio focused on landing pages, marketing websites, or product one-pagers.
• Ability to convert rough prompts/AI drafts into structured, implementation-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites.
• Translate brand assets into responsive layouts and components for developers or no-code tools.
• Prepare production-ready files with organized assets and specs for handoff.
• Ensure visual consistency across web pages, PDFs, and social materials.
• Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery.
