As part of our mission to train high‑performing AI systems, you will write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents, collaborating with a global network of engineers. Prior backend, AI automation, or complex systems experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering or AI automation.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services.
• Ability to work with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces and ensure correctness of outputs.
• Stress test agents under varying workloads.
