The job

It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle recruitment for specific jobs. If you're interested in generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate — approximately $600 to $4,000 per successful placement), working remotely with a completely autonomous schedule, and being part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Please note, this is a success-based freelancing role, paid per closed job.

The job is for you if...

• You have previous experience as a freelance recruiter
• You speak fluent English. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
• You have a growth mindset and are interested in contributing to building ambi.careers from the ground up, with potential mid-term opportunities.
• You are comfortable working as a freelance contractor without fixed salary, benefits, or full-time employment. You understand and accept the risk, as compensation is based on successful placements.
• You have some extra time to dedicate to this, not just 15 minutes a day.

The job is NOT for you if...

• You dislike speaking with candidates and clients.
• You are not interested in freelancing or success-based commissions.
• You lack empathy or have an arrogant attitude.
