BFSI Hiring
Responsible for N2N Recruitment Cycle, including sourcing, calling, interview lineup, documentation, and onboarding till joining.
Experience in BFSI, Retail, BPO, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Telecom hiring is required.
Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
Expertise in bulk hiring and headhunting.
Ability to recruit PAN India.
Good understanding of BFSI and Insurance sectors, including sales, non-sales, and corporate hiring.
100% commissioned assignment, portal, ATS software, and tech support.
