Fox News Media is seeking a Freelance Production Assistant to join our Washington, DC team on weekends. You’ll cut and edit video, select soundbites for air, and collaborate with producers, writers, and editors in a fast-paced control room where speed and accuracy matter.

You will ensure quality control on every element before it airs, manage assets, and help deliver breaking news quickly. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus newsroom experience, are preferred.

FOX News Live is looking for a talented Freelance Production Assistant to join our Washington, DC team on weekends. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing live news coverage to air by cutting and editing video and selecting soundbites for air. You will work closely with producers, writers, and editors in a fast‑paced control room environment where speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical.
