Job summary

Dribbler Soccer seeks professional private soccer trainers to coach players of all ages in the Seattle area. Trainers travel to parks or clients' locations, set their own schedules, and receive payments within 24 hours after lessons via PayPal or other methods.

Minimum 2 years coaching experience and reliable transportation are required. You’ll design personalized lesson plans, track progress, ensure safety, and communicate with families to support player development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Must complete a clear criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills to engage with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
• Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
