Job summary

Dribbler Soccer seeks experienced private soccer trainers to conduct private and group lessons across local parks and client locations. As part of our team, you’ll set your own schedule, travel locally, and receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Minimum 2 years coaching experience, reliable transport, and a background check are required. You’ll tailor training plans, assess progress, and ensure safety while delivering engaging sessions for players of all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Complete a clear criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients.
• An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens.
• Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training.
• Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
