The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic in-store advisor to provide a welcoming, personalized customer experience across prestige beauty brands. You will educate customers, perform beauty consultations, and support in-store events to drive engagement.

In partnership with a high-performing team, you will maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Able to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Work authorization to work in the United States upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
