Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and top-tier customer service. You will work with our brand assortment to educate customers and demonstrate products, while maintaining high presentation standards across the retail floor.

This role supports in-store events and demonstrations, requiring flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
