Responsibilities

The project

We're looking for a freelance photographer to create our 2027 brand photo library. The focus is our team: real, creative and fun images that bring our "people first" brand to life on our website, LinkedIn, newsletters and campaigns.

This is not a stiff corporate headshot job. We want photos with personality: genuine laughs, behind-the-scenes moments and a few playful concepts that make someone scrolling LinkedIn stop and smile.

What you'll shoot

• Team portraits with personality: polished but approachable individual photos of each team member, plus a few relaxed alternates (laughing, mid-conversation, off-center).
• Group and culture shots: the team together, working, collaborating and celebrating. Candid over posed.
• Creative concept shoots: playful, on-brand setups for our recurring content series, such as "Red Flag Friday" (props like actual red flags), "Front Desk Chronicles" for Nmble Medical and "Shop Floor Truths" for Nmble Manufacturing.
• Recruiter-in-action moments: phone calls, video interviews, coffee meetings and whiteboard sessions that show how we work with candidates and clients.
• Seasonal and campaign images: a small set for planned 2027 moments, including the Hiring Forecast, Salary Guide launch and International Women's Day (our woman-owned story).
• Brand details: workspace, laptops, notebooks and our orange brand color showing up naturally, for website banners and post backgrounds.

Deliverables and usage

• A shot list and creative plan agreed with us before each shoot
• Professionally edited, high-resolution images in a consistent style across all sessions
• Web-optimized versions plus crops for LinkedIn (square, vertical and banner)
• A shared online gallery for selection and download
• Turnaround of edited images within an agreed window after each shoot
• Usage rights for Nmble's marketing across web, social, email, print and paid ads, with no expiration

What we're looking for
