Freelance Paid Social Media Contractor (Remote, Part-Time)
Start Date: Mid-July 2025 | Ongoing/Ad Hoc Work

Schaefer Advertising Co. is looking to add 1–2 agile, experienced freelance paid social contractors to our digital bench for project-based support across various client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on quick-turn projects, enjoys hands-on campaign work, and is eager to contribute meaningful results on a flexible schedule.

We anticipate assigning 3–8 hours at a time, with work ramping up mid-July and continuing on an ad hoc/weekly basis for the next several months. Projects may range from standalone tasks to potential inclusion in larger campaign initiatives based on performance and fit.

Core Responsibilities
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Monitor performance and make independent, data-driven optimizations

  • Provide campaign reporting and strategic recommendations

  • Maintain campaign pacing documentation based on spend

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed for alignment and approvals

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok required)

  • Advanced proficiency in Ads Manager/Business Manager platforms

  • Ability to manage both awareness and conversion campaigns with confidence

  • Strong performance analysis and reporting skills

  • Familiarity with native platform reporting tools

  • Bonus if you have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or across multiple clients
