Freelance Paid Social Media Contractor (Remote, Part-Time)
Start Date: Mid-July 2025 | Ongoing/Ad Hoc Work
Schaefer Advertising Co. is looking to add 1–2 agile, experienced freelance paid social contractors to our digital bench for project-based support across various client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on quick-turn projects, enjoys hands-on campaign work, and is eager to contribute meaningful results on a flexible schedule.
We anticipate assigning 3–8 hours at a time, with work ramping up mid-July and continuing on an ad hoc/weekly basis for the next several months. Projects may range from standalone tasks to potential inclusion in larger campaign initiatives based on performance and fit.
Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Monitor performance and make independent, data-driven optimizations
Provide campaign reporting and strategic recommendations
Maintain campaign pacing documentation based on spend
Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed for alignment and approvals
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok required)
Advanced proficiency in Ads Manager/Business Manager platforms
Ability to manage both awareness and conversion campaigns with confidence
Strong performance analysis and reporting skills
Familiarity with native platform reporting tools
Bonus if you have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or across multiple clients
