Freelance Opportunity: Strategic Sales Specialist — Remote Locations (Ongoing)

Creating Results, a growing full-service strategic marketing and sales agency in Woodbridge, VA, is seeking multiple freelance Sales Consultants/Trainers in various locations to work with our Client Services team. We work with clients serving mature consumers, focusing on senior living and 55+ real estate.

Our culture is team-oriented, results-driven, and client-focused. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in achieving personal and team goals while helping grow our clients’ businesses and our own, as part of our collaborative team of marketing professionals.

WHAT YOU WILL MAINLY DO

You will collaborate with client contacts and our sales strategy team, training and managing client sales teams to increase and maintain occupancy. Specifically, Strategic Sales Specialists will:

  • Implement the Creating Results sales training curriculum tailored to client needs
  • Assess client needs and current performance through call recordings, CRM reviews, secret shops, and competitive analyses; set goals and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Manage the client’s sales team on-site and off-site as per the agreement
  • Measure progress and report results to the CR account lead, client contact, and stakeholders
  • Consult on sales staff performance, interview, and hire new sales representatives as needed
  • Coordinate with Creating Results’ Sales Specialist, providing updates on sales interactions and goals
  • Arrange on-site visits within the contract’s scope and prepare visit reports within 48 hours
  • Work with the accounting department for expense reports and invoicing
  • Prepare internal and client communications and maintain project documentation

The minimum criteria include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years in senior living or 55+ sales departments
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, following directions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
