Job summary

Royal Cyber is seeking a Senior MS Fabric Lead Developer for a freelance remote role (2 PM–11 PM). The candidate will design, develop, and optimize data analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, with strong emphasis on data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, Power BI, and Azure data services.

The position requires 6+ years of hands-on experience, ability to design data solutions, build scalable data pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders across Azure and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics and Fabric development.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric design, development and optimization.
• Strong expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines, Power BI, and Azure data services.
• Experience writing efficient SQL and optimizing data models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and optimize Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse solutions.
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion and transformation.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Work with OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, and Notebooks for advanced analytics.
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize data models.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including Azure and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Monitor and optimize Fabric workloads for performance and reliability.
• Follow best practices for security, governance, and data quality.
