24 Seven Talent is seeking a talented freelance Motion Graphic Designer to create compelling, social-first content across leading digital platforms. This role is hybrid in West Hollywood, CA, demanding strong motion design and brand storytelling to support campaigns, launches, and always-on content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

Strong motion design experience for social media
Advanced After Effects proficiency
Portfolio demonstrating animation and platform-native social work
Experience with beauty/fashion/wellness or lifestyle brands valued
Collaborative, fast-paced creative environment mindset

Responsibilities

Design high-impact static and motion creatives for social media.
Develop graphics, carousels, stories, short-form videos and campaign content.
Translate briefs into polished, on-brand visuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Adapt creative for platform-specific best practices and trends.
Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh design ideas.
Manage multiple projects, feedback cycles, files, and deadlines with attention to detail.
