Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience at a creative or entertainment agency.
• Expert in After Effects and Photoshop with strong graphics, animation, and compositing.
• Experience with Premiere; Cinema 4D or 3D workflows is a plus.
• Ability to own projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced studio.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate social, digital, and A/V content for entertainment and brand clients across various platforms and placements.
• Lead motion projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring creative excellence at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with producers, editors, strategists, and creative teams to develop and execute engaging motion graphics.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives tailored to platform-specific best practices.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining organization, timelines, and quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and proactively contribute innovative ideas for campaign execution.
• Maintain a high bar for design, typography, animation, and finishing details across all deliverables.
• Stay current on emerging trends in entertainment marketing, social content, and motion design techniques.
