You will manage a high-volume, technical requisition load, partnering with stakeholders to identify exceptional talent in medical communications, advertising, and market access. Start date ASAP, contract role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of dedicated experience recruiting within medcomms, life sciences, or biotech sectors (agency or in‑house).
• Strong understanding of medical communications, advertising, and market access environments.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency setting with multiple active roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment pipeline from outreach to offer.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive, high-caliber talent.
• Conduct deep-dive technical screenings in Medical Communications, Advertising, and Market Access.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define requirements and share market insights.
