Job summary

Saylor seeks a freelance Graphic Designer to execute high-quality creative projects and pitch decks, aligning sophisticated design with strategy. You’ll work with Saylor’s Art Directors to format decks and manage day-to-day design needs for agency clients, across platforms and formats.

You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, delivering visually compelling content, iterative concepts, and premium typography and layout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in an entertainment-focused creative agency.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion design.
• Comfort with motion graphics and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio across layout, typography, and brand identity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to turn loose concepts into polished deliverables with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality visual elements across digital media, social, and more.
• Execute social-first design work grounded in existing brand systems.
• Concept, iterate, and build content from provided asset libraries.
• Oversee multiple assets from conception through completion with cross-functional teammates.
• Collaborate with ACD/Art Director to verify design specifications.
• Bring client visions to life with high creative standards and industry awareness.
• Integrate new design technologies to keep the agency at the forefront.
• Research client visual goals to ensure strategic alignment.
• Pitch artistic directions internally to guide visual trajectory.
• Provide quality control on all assets for platform nuances and requirements.
