Freelance Graphic Designer - Production - Hybrid NYC

We are seeking a talented Freelance Junior Graphic Designer focused on production to join BaubleBar's creative team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about design precision, and capable of translating creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets across web, social, and marketing channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the Art Director and creative teams to produce consistent brand materials
• Managing version control, file organization, and archiving of assets
• Assisting in creating and updating templates for efficiency
• Ensuring designs are flawlessly executed under tight deadlines
• Working onsite in Manhattan 2-3 days per week, with remaining days remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or web design
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and execution skills
• Understanding of file preparation and resolution requirements
• Experience in fashion or beauty industries is a plus; animation skills are a bonus

Compensation & Duration:

• Hourly rate: $25.00-$32.00, based on experience and location
• 3-month assignment with potential for regular employment
