Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a creative individual to support the design and production of school e-Magazines. This role allows for flexible working hours and requires skills in illustration and visual design. The position involves submitting initial designs and ongoing pages with a deadline-oriented approach. Payment is made monthly based on the approved work submitted.

Qualifications

• Experience in illustration and visual concept design is preferred.
• Ability to create engaging e-Magazines in flipbook format.

Job description

Overview

Period: 6 Oct 2025 to 26 Dec 2025

Salary: Any rate per pages (Please propose accordingly)

Working hour: WFH, no fixed hour, own time own target

Responsibilities

• Support the Conceptualisation, Design, Production of School e-Magazines (flipbook format)
• Illustration/ Conceptualisation: Creating original illustrations and visual concepts
• Interactive Resource Development/ Design: Designing the e-Magazines, which could be viewed in a flipbook and printable in hardcopy format

Submission Schedule

1. Submission of first 10 pages (for alignment on design and layout direction): By end of Week 2
2. Ongoing submission of 10 - 15 pages per week: Week 3 to Week 11
3. Submission of final pages, revisions, and formatting: Week 12

Payment

*Paid monthly at the end of each calendar month based on cumulative approved pages
