Job summary

Sqwad is seeking Field Representatives in Tulsa to secure prime business locations. This freelance role involves in-person outreach to local businesses, presenting a partnership opportunity (no selling), and signing agreements to establish market presence.

You’ll log leads and pass opportunities to the sales team while enjoying flexible hours and the autonomy of a 1099 contractor. Expect 25–50 hours weekly with a strong emphasis on performance and integrity.

Qualifications

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.
• Must be located in Tulsa.
• Native or fluent English speaker.
• Independent contractor (1099) status is required.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area

• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Securing signed partnership agreements
• Building early market presence by locking in key locations
