Golin Dallas is looking for a temporary Director, Creator. This role offers the opportunity to demonstrate social-first conceptual thinking and best practices for digital and social platforms. You will collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure copy aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

What You'll Do:

1. Create and develop engaging long-form content such as contributed articles and blog posts.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather detailed information and insights for in-depth content.
3. Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all materials.
4. Edit and refine content to maintain clarity, coherence, and consistency.
5. Ensure alignment with brand voice in all communications.
6. Work closely with the creative team — designers, producers, editors — to create captivating content and innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years' creative experience in advertising, public relations, or social media. Knowledge of earned media is a plus.
2. A creative portfolio demonstrating smart thinking.
3. Internet fluency: familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and online communities like YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. The hourly rate is $100/hour. Actual compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and market considerations.

We are seeking someone who can join us in a freelance capacity, committing up to 40 hours per week.
