Hearst Media Production Group LLC seeks a Digital Creative Content Strategist (freelance) to shape content from strategy through execution across Hearst broadcasts, digital originals, and business opportunities.

You will collaborate with the Digital Director, craft strategy decks, and guide editors and producers on visual style, pacing, and platform-native treatments. Travel for shoots and real-time decision-making may be required.

Formación

• 3+ years in digital media, entertainment, branded content, social video, or related fields.
• Proven ability to create content strategy decks, pitch materials, client-facing presentations, or social content.

Responsabilidades

• Research platforms and audience trends to shape content strategies.
• Provide platform-specific recommendations for channel formatting and audience fit.
• Collaborate with editors/producers to define visual style and pacing for original digital content.
• Support business development with activation ideas, creator integrations, and production approaches.
• Prepare shoot agendas, production notes, and creative briefs; may lead small shoots.
• Travel to select shoots for digital capture, talent direction, and real-time decisions.
• Identify digital creators, influencers, and production partners for collaborations.
• Provide clear creative direction and platform formatting guidance to teams.
