Job summary

Baunfire is seeking an accomplished Senior Designer to craft high-fidelity web design concepts across industries, leading UI/UX, illustration, and motion design.

You will translate concepts into motion, lead design discussions, and build strong client relationships while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. This role offers remote work worldwide with optional HQ access in San Jose, CA, and a commitment to inclusive, innovative design.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience at a leading digital agency.
• Strong portfolio in digital/web design and UX.
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work remotely from any location or the San Jose, CA headquarters.

• Knowledge of current design trends, innovation, and best practices.
• Ability to improve design practices and processes.
• Availability to accommodate Pacific Standard Time for occasional team and client collaboration.
