Job summary

thelab is seeking a designer to craft compelling presentation decks for internal teams and clients, creating polished mockups and visuals to support marketing and sales efforts.

You will perform photo editing in Photoshop, collaborate with onsite creative and account teams to hit tight deadlines, and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables in a fast-paced NYC environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years design experience in agency, in-house, or freelance.
• Strong Photoshop skills; familiarity with InDesign/Illustrator/Keynote is a plus.
• Experience building polished decks and mockups for clients.
• Onsite full-time in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in luxury, auction, or editorial design is a plus.
• Not required but prefer an art background.
