You will drill into analytics to identify which creative moves move the needle, present design rationale to directors and clients, and set guardrails that empower directors to surprise you within strategy.

Qualifications

• 11 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a director capacity.
• Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Distill a hour-long strategy deck into one image that survives the hallway test.
• Drill into analytics to learn which creative actually moved the creative needle.
• Craft layouts, typography, and imagery that elevate the ScaleAdvantage Corp experience.
• Build and maintain a cohesive brand identity across every customer touchpoint.
• Present design rationale clearly to director stakeholders and clients.
• Set guardrails loose enough for director creatives to surprise you inside them.
