About The Role

GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. As an AI Tutor in Civil Engineering, you will collaborate on projects that require deep domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers.
• Correct the model’s responses based on your domain‑specific knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience focusing on one of the following areas: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Materials Science, Coastal and Ocean Engineering, Earthquake Engineering, Surveying and Geomatics, Hydraulic Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Sustainable Engineering.
• Advanced English (C1) or higher.
• Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• Fully remote freelance role – you need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm.
