Freelance Business Development Partner (Commission-Based)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Admirable Pro is an India-based FP&A (financial planning and analysis) outsourcing and consulting firm that partners with startups and growing companies to deliver high-quality remote FP&A services for sustainable growth and long-term success.

We are hiring a Freelance Business Development Partner to represent our Outsourced FP&A Services to startups in the U.S. market . If you are a passionate self-starter with good experience in B2B lead generation from startups, willing to work with us on a commission-only model (i.e., no fixed salary or base pay) , and are confident in your ability to close deals, this opportunity is for you.

THIS POSITION IS IDEAL FOR

Freelancers, consultants, or business development professionals in the United States who are looking to monetize their startup network.

Women professionals in the United States who are re-entering the workforce or seeking flexible remote income from startups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, connect, and build relationships with the decision-makers in U.S. startups and growing companies who need support in the FP&A function.

Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls with them, working aligned with our core team in India.

Follow up with prospects and manage the client acquisition process.

Build customer base through social media and networking.

Perform other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are comfortable working independently on commission-only terms (i.e., no fixed salary).

Prior experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in an outsourcing or startup business.

You will work from the United States, preferably in the EST time zone, for 4 hours daily to deliver quality work.

Excellent communication skills in the English language, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

Interpersonal and presentation skills.

COMPENSATION

Commission-based model only – lucrative commissions on each successful deal.

No fixed salary or base pay.
