We help hotels uncover hidden insights, identify positive and negative trends for both their property and competitors, and optimize operations for maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Freelance Business Development Lead with significant experience in the hospitality sector. This is a unique opportunity to partner with an innovative tech company, leverage your existing network, and drive the adoption of a truly transformative solution in the hotel industry.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

If you're a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of hotel operations, has a strong network of contacts within the industry (especially independent hotels and smaller chains), and excels at building relationships, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and Engage: Proactively identify and engage with independent hotels and smaller hotel chains that would benefit from Blaze's AI-powered review analysis.
  • Leverage Your Network: Utilize your extensive personal and professional network within the hospitality industry to generate qualified leads and introductions.
  • Initiate & Qualify: Conduct initial outreach, present Blaze's value proposition, and qualify potential clients.
  • Facilitate Connections: Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings or demos between qualified leads and the Blaze team.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Blaze leadership and sales team, providing insights from the market and feedback from potential clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Hospitality Experience: Demonstrated background working within or closely with hotels (hotel management, operations, sales, consulting for hotels).
  • Strong Network: An established and active network of decision-makers and key influencers within the independent hotel sector and smaller hotel chains.
  • Business Development Acumen: Proven ability to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships towards a potential partnership.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work autonomously, manage your own pipeline, and drive results as a freelancer.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Tech-Savvy (Bonus): Familiarity with AI or SaaS solutions is a plus, but a strong understanding of hotel needs is paramount.

Compensation:

This is a freelance, commission-based role. You will receive a competitive referral fee for every successful deal closed with a hotel you introduce to Blaze. We believe in rewarding our partners generously for their contributions.
