Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Visits are one hour each and occur twice per month. This role offers flexible scheduling, immediate start dates upon certification, and compensation per hour with a travel incentive.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit visits followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and transition to visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
