Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless brand. You will liaison between brand and stores, completing audits and maintaining brand presence across locations.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with immediate start dates upon certification. This is a flexible, supplemental income opportunity for those with mobile reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit execution: initial audits, follow-ups, and visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to submit surveys, data and photos.
