Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/connected brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with total store count varying by market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits and quality control visits.
• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit execution: audits, follow-ups, and visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
