Fabulous is seeking freelance coaches to join their network. Coaches will provide part-time coaching sessions to app members focusing on habit formation and emotional regulation. Ideal candidates should have appropriate certifications and prior coaching experience, along with an eagerness to follow ethical guidelines and contribute to a supportive community.
Fabulous Freelance Coaches are part of a wider network of coaches and facilitators who offer their coaching services as part-time freelancers to members of the Fabulous app.
What Fabulous members have in common is their striving to improve their daily routines and habits. Each has their own unique story and growth areas, requiring our Coaches to cover a wide range of coaching topics. Whatever habit a member has chosen to work on, that is the focus of their session.
Sessions are scheduled based on a coaching subscription, offering both the coach and the member stability and depth in an ongoing coaching relationship.
All Fabulous coaches are expected to study the Fabulous curriculum. For example, understanding the real meaning of Emotion Regulation, being able to name specific strategies, or understanding how dopamine works beyond common misconceptions. Once this is determined, the Coaching Lead will certify you to work under a unified Fabulous Coaching Code, covering proficiency in the app content, work tools, best practices, ethical guidelines, and ongoing learning opportunities such as webinars.
Whether a coach specializes in relationships, leadership, trauma, nutrition, ADHD, ACT, or other topics, they are welcome to join if they meet the qualifications, can fulfill the responsibilities listed, complete the Fab Coach Training Curriculum, and uphold Fabulous values.
