In partnership with a high-performing team, you will lead in-store events, support promotions, and ensure high standards of visual merchandising to stand out in a competitive prestige beauty environment. This freelance role will be staffed at Estée Lauder retail locations with Randstad as the employer of record.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts.
