The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled in-store beauty advisor to deliver personalized customer service and beauty consultations within our prestige retail locations.

Working as a freelance role recruited by Randstad Sourceright, you will collaborate with a high-performing team, execute visual merchandising displays, and contribute to in-store events and product demonstrations, while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts.
