Job summary

Crunchy Tech in Cincinnati is seeking skilled AV contractors to support upcoming installations and service work across venues, offices, and events. You will set up equipment, run cables, ensure systems conform to design layouts, and troubleshoot live systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with audio, video, and control systems such as Crestron; strong troubleshooting skills; and the ability to work independently or in teams on concerts, conferences, and other events.

Qualifications

• Experience with audio video hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android operating systems.
• Knowledge of Crestron control systems and DSP (e.g., QSC, BSS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install AV equipment per designs and layouts.
• Run, terminate, test, and connect wires and cables.
• Configure control systems such as Crestron.
• Test and resolve media system issues; diagnose and fix problems.
• Coordinate audio feeds with television video.
• Send equipment for repairs as needed and ensure clean storage.
