Responsibilities

• Research and identify trend directions relevant to the customer and analyze competitive and aspirational brands
• Shop the market on a regular basis to stay up to date on current market trends
• Create and maintain organized digital concept/mood boards and inspirational boards
• Support the design team in creating and developing seasonal girl’s wovens collections
• Create and update flat technical sketches through Illustrator and execute organized, accurate technical packages through PLM
• Work closely with the CAD team to develop new and trend‑right print and pattern seasonally
• Prepare and maintain development decks, linesheets, and presentation materials like CADs and CBS sheets
• Maintain awareness of corporate calendar and help supervisor manage deadlines
• Assist in approving strike‑offs, lab‑dips and other development materials
• Assist in day‑to‑day responsibilities including filing/organizing, copying and updating development packages
