Language Services Associates is seeking American Sign Language Interpreters in the Gainesville, FL area. This role requires candidates to possess an Associate or Bachelor degree, RID certification, and fluency in both English and American Sign Language.

Interpreters are part of an independent contractor network, providing flexibility to accept assignments based on their schedules. Responsibilities include arriving on-time for client assignments and maintaining professionalism.

The company offers support through a web-based invoicing platform and a 24hr coordinator for assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have RID certification.
• Interpreter’s state’s QA equivalent level certification is required.
• Proof of required license or registration must be provided.
• Experience in medical and/or mental health settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accept or decline assignments based on personal schedule.
• Arrive onsite by the time requested by the client.
• Maintain commitment to accepted assignments.
