Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Art Direction and production for beauty, D2C, or consumer brands.
• Experience as Art Director, Associate Creative Director, or senior creative in agency or production settings.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with production‑ready assets and motion mockups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ECD and Producer to develop production‑ready creative for campaigns and evergreen content.
• Translate concepts into clear visual direction aligned with scope and timelines.
• Provide creative oversight across shoots and post‑production to ensure quality.
• Create storyboards, shot lists, moodboards, and other production materials.
• Review and approve edits and final assets for quality and platform best practices.
• Lead creative direction on set and guide photographers, videographers, stylists, and production teams.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, Production, and clients to align vision with deliverables.
• Stay current on platform trends and share insights with the team.
