AdQuantum, a performance marketing agency, seeks a Motion Designer to create 3D models, textures, lighting and camera setups for dynamic campaigns. The role requires collaboration across departments, fluent English, and a strong visual design sense.

You will work with Blender and Cinema 4D, deliver precise UV maps, and integrate CG elements into live-action plates while enjoying weekly USD payments and access to stock assets and project resources.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D modeling and texture work.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
• Experience using Blender or Cinema 4D is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models using advanced software.
• Adjust textures, camera settings, and lighting.
• Develop detailed 3D models for normal map extraction.
• Perform UV unwrapping for texture mapping.
• Integrate CG elements into live-action plates.
• Retouch, remove objects, rotoscope.
• Camera tracking (2D/3D).
