Responsibilities

• Make resident beds.

• Check and stock supplies.
• Collect plates and cups after dining.
• Put away laundry/Label clothes for laundry.
• Check resident rooms for amenities.
• Alert nursing staff of resident needs.
• Perform Enhanced Observation of residents.
• Document resident/patient behaviors hourly.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Grounds monitor of the residents.

Job description

This TNA assignment will serve as a bridge to the CNA Training Program and assist with resident care by providing unit support with the non-direct care activities listed below. This assignment will allow the potential CNA trainee to get a glimpse of the CNA experience from a non-direct care perspective; through observation and direct participation.

Qualifications

A Nurse Aide Assistant doesn't require a GED/High school diploma but to enter into our Nurse Aide Training Class you do need to either one.
