Job summary

Free People, part of URBN, seeks Buying Interns for Summer 2027 at our Philadelphia Home Office. Interns will support daily buying operations in Apparel and Accessories, participate in product selection meetings, research trends, and help manage samples from design to production.

This paid internship runs 6/7–8/13 and offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Open to rising seniors pursuing undergrad degrees; Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint skills are welcome as you

Role Summary

Free People is looking for Buying Interns to join us for the Summer with our Apparel and Accessories categories.

Our Apparel and Accessories Buying Interns will support the daily operational functions within your designated buying area; offering your unique perspective, supporting the buying team in managing the overall merchandise selection, trend research and building key cross functional relationships with both the market and internal partners: distribution center, design, and production.

Please note: At this time, URBN’s Buying Internships are open to rising seniors (current undergraduate juniors) only. If you are currently a junior pursuing your undergraduate degree, we encourage you to apply!

The URBN 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/7 through 8/13 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Project Requirement
