Job summary

Genesis in West Virginia is seeking individuals to begin a health care career as a Nurse Aide, with paid, on-the-job training through our Nurse Aide Training Program. No experience required; you will learn to compassionately care for our patients and residents from day one.

After completing the program, a position awaits you, with opportunities for clinical progression and tuition assistance to pursue LPN or RN goals.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved CNA program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in the Nurse Aide Training Program; training is free with no prior experience required.
• Progress to a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide and pursue clinical career ladders through tuition assistance and ongoing education.
