Genesis HealthCare in West Virginia offers an entry-level Nurse Aide Training Program that enables you to begin a healthcare career with no prior experience. The training lasts 1–4 months, and after successful completion, a CNA position is available.

The program is free, with opportunities for advancement to LPN/RN through tuition assistance, and non-clinical ladders are also provided across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Start your health care career and enroll in our Nurse Aide Training Program; the training is free and requires no prior experience.
