Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to support clients in their homes and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with our clinical team.

We offer part-time roles with same-day pay, flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA programs; prior RBT certification is required before working. Paid training provided to help you grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
