Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. Part-time positions are available with the chance to earn paid training and referral bonuses, while contributing to meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

You will join a robust clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and maintain accurate session data. No experience? Paid training is provided and personal growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
