Job summary

A popular sandwich shop in Green Bay, Wisconsin is looking for enthusiastic Crew Members. You'll be responsible for providing fast and friendly service while preparing sandwiches at an upbeat store. Teamwork and a passion for customer satisfaction are essential as you maintain cleanliness and assist with all customer needs. The position offers starting pay of $14.25 per hour with opportunities for raises upon training completion. Job description

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!!! Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes!

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. In shop Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.

We have a freaky fast work pace, and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service! Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product!!

Pay & Incentives

18 and Over:

• Starting Pay: $14.25 per hour
• After completing the 30-Day Rookie to Rockstar Training and 90 days of employment, employees receive a guaranteed $0.50 raise.

Under 18:

• Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
• After completing the 30-Day Rookie to Rockstar Training, employees receive a guaranteed $0.50 raise.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts

• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift

• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F

We use Managers and instore trainers, called Brand Ambassadors, to provide you hip-to-hip training on how to perform each task at a JJ’s and we also use FAST TRACK, which is our Learning Management System (LMS) that provides you e-learning courses, job aids and other operational tools to reference, on your pathway to becoming a JJ ROCKSTAR. Blending hands by learning with computer-based instruction gets you ready to rock your first 30 days at JJ’s.
