Job summary

Jimmy John’s Sandwiches in Lincoln, NE is hiring for Inshop Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. You’ll slice meats, prep ingredients, take orders, and assist in deliveries while maintaining a clean, efficient store and delivering exceptional service.

Starting wage varies by age and experience (16–17 $14/hr training to $15/hr; 18+ with experience higher). Training on menu and duties, tips included, growth opportunities to supervisor.

• We slice our all-natural meats and fresh veggies in-house daily, bread baked on-site, and House-made tuna salad prepared fresh each day

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!!!

Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes!

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. Inshop Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.

We have a freaky fast work pace, and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service!

Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product!!

18 years and over starting wage can depend on experience, and progress with knowledge of position.

16-17-year-olds Starting wage is $14 an Hour Plus Tips while Training learning Menu and Duties of position, once training is completed, you'll move to $15 an Hour plus Tips.

Inshop pay range includes tips and is not limited to max wage.

All levels are able to grow, as we love to build employees up and promote within. Always opportunities to grow into a supervisor position.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
