Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Frazeysburg, OH to pick, pack, scan, receive and ship products in a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will help ensure fans receive the right gear at the right time, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The base pay rate starts at $16.00 per hour; effective Oct 4, 2026, peak incentive brings it to $20.00-$21.00 per hour with weekly pay. Nights carry a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles per day in an active warehouse environment.
• Handle and move merchandise, lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout your shift.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment across varying warehouse temperatures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

As we continue to scale our global platform, the Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the right fan gear is picked, packed, and delivered with precision and speed across Fanatics Commerce fulfillment operations.

The base pay rate is $16.00 per hour. Effective October 4th, 2026, all shifts will receive a $4.00 per hour (peak incentive) pay increase, bringing the new pay rate to $20.00-$21.00 per hour and WEEKLY PAY! Night shifts will receive $1.00 shift differential

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30am-5:00pm
- Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Monday-Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm
- Sunday-Wednesday: 6:30am-5:00pm
- Wednesday-Saturday: 6:30am-5:00pm
- Saturday-Tuesday: 6:30am-5:00pm
- Part-Time Saturday-Sunday: 6:30am-5:00pm
- Nights Sunday-Thursday: 5:30pm-2:00am

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the heart of our fan experience, responsible for making sure the right gear gets to the right fans at the right time. Working within a Fanatics Fulfillment Center, you'll pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment, upholding the safety, quality, and accuracy standards that define the Fanatics experience. The Warehouse Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation.
