Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an experienced Fraud Risk Analyst to join the Fraud Risk Management team for the Business Credit Card product.

You will develop and refine strategies across underwriting, monitoring, and exposure management, leveraging data science and ML to detect and mitigate fraud while preserving a positive customer experience. The role involves partnering with Data Science, credit risk, and product teams, evaluating defenses, and driving cross-functional initiatives to deploy

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Fraud risk analytics and risk management.
• Familiarity with risk scoring and modeling techniques including regression modeling, multivariate analyses and machine learning.
• Proven expertise with industry-standard tools, fraud platforms, and best-in-class risk models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine fraud risk management strategies across underwriting and monitoring.
• Leverage data-driven and ML-enabled approaches to devise fraud defenses.
• Evaluate defenses through quantitative analysis and A/B tests with cost-benefit insights.
• Partner with Data Science to identify modeling needs and enhance model performance.
• Develop monitoring metrics, early warning indicators, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and Ops to balance fraud prevention with user experience.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage external fraud tools and partnerships.
• Use AI and automation to improve detection speed and scalability.
