Job summary

DriveTime seeks a Fraud Coordinator (Loan Review) to assess potential fraud exposure by reviewing customer documents and data. You will coordinate with Retail stores to decide on funding approvals, denials, or additional documentation needs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.

Ideal candidates possess keen attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, and a restless curiosity to stay ahead of evolving fraud schemes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday, shifts 7:00am–8:00pm.
• Willingness to handle fraud review with attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Critically review identity, residence, and credit bureau documents for fraud indicators.
• Communicate funding decisions to Retail stores: approve, deny, or request more documentation.
• Apply procedures and critical thinking to request additional documentation as needed.
• Evaluate identity information from credit bureaus and SSA.
• Review documents for red flags, synthetic identity, and identity theft concerns.
• Maintain high productivity and quality metrics in pre-sale investigations.

What’s Under the Hood DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

In short, as the Fraud Coordinator (Loan Review), you will critically review customer documents, data, and investigation tools to assess potential fraud exposure and communicate with our Retail stores on whether funding is approved, denied, or if more documentation is required.

In long, our Fraud Coordinators are responsible for:

• Reviewing identity, residence, and credit bureau documents for customer fraud/misrepresentation indicators.
• Attention to detail is key.
• Applying department procedures and critical thinking to determine additional documentation to request.
• Requesting and evaluating identity information from credit reporting agencies and the Social Security Administration.
• Reviewing identity documents to address Credit Alert Red Flags, synthetic identity, and identity theft concerns.
• Consistently hitting productivity targets with pre-sale investigations while maintaining high quality metrics.

The Specifics

High School Diploma or GED required. Must have availability to work Monday through Saturday with shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm. Available to work every Saturday.
